Hazelnut Truffle

Description

This fudge is divine.  It is made of three delicious layers.  The bottom layer is our dark chocolate fudge.  The middle layer is milk chocolate hazelnut fudge with chopped hazelnuts.  The top layer is hazelnut-flavored fudge.  We source our hazelnuts from My Brothers’ Farm, which is a local farm out of Creswell, Oregon. Individually wrapped 4 oz pieces.
